Mac and Veronica Vondee responded to the need in their town for more crèche, nursery and school facilities by opening up their home to run a crèche.

 

This vision expanded to a nursery and primary school and from using their own salaries, they bought a piece of land and started building in 2010.

Love Ghana has partnered with this school, providing seed funding at different stages of its development and it has been wonderful to watch the Vondees' pursuit of their dream become a reality.

In 2013, the school had grown quickly to 250 pupils and so a further two classrooms were added in 2015. In 2017, over 300 pupils attended the school and the children continue to receive high quality education at Juapong.
